I LOVE the staff at the Smyrna office. They are so caring, friendly, and professional. Their office is super clean and comfortable, too! Dr. Roedig has been amazing!! My first appointment I was in tears from my "horse mouth". Now, my smile is becoming what I've always wanted. We've trusted them with our daughter and son's care as well! What a great place!
Every time I come here, I always feel welcomed in, and I am always greeted by smiling faces and cheery attitudes. I wholeheartedly believe that they do everything in their power to give you the best experience you can, and is genuinely concerned about your individual care. They don’t treat you like a number in and out even though they are busy they have always taken the time to focus on your individual needs and cater a custom plan just for you. I would always recommend anyone needing orthodontic work to visit Dr. Barberie!
I been eyeing this office for so long ever since their Colleague Mrs. Kat was with them. She always recommended them and speak so highly of the staff and Doctors here, that i finally gifted myself an even better smile coming to get work done here. Everyone is so kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. They reassure you of what’s being done and make sure you leave without being unsure of your questions. They work with you and are very understanding when it comes to investing in a perfect smile for you! So glad I chose your office. Definitely recommend. The best team.
Highly recommend this orthodontist. He and his staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. After going through braces and not having the best results. This place got my bite back on track. Not the cheapest price for the treatment plan compared to some of the aligners they’re selling at doctors office now but the quality of care is definitely worth it.
So far, my experience with Barbieri Orthodontics has been excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I've always felt welcomed during my visits. What's truly impressive is their punctuality; I've never had to wait long for my appointments, which is a huge plus. The text reminders they send are also a convenient way to keep track of my appointments and stay on top of my orthodontic care. Dr. Jason Roedig is awesome!
As I'm still in the process of my treatment, I can't provide a final verdict just yet. However, based on the outstanding service I've received up to this point, I'm optimistic about the rest of my journey with Barbieri Orthodontics. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results, and I'll be sure to report back with a more comprehensive review once my treatment is complete.
The team here at Barbieri Orthodontics is absolutely amazing! It’s such a welcoming environment, I’ve never seen anything like it. Not only is the office space designed for patient comfort but the quality of their work is impeccable. It feels like an orthodontic spa, I almost didn’t want to leave.
Seriously the best orthodontist! We see Dr Roedig. The entire practice, from the front desk to the finance department, has treated my autistic son with so much care and kindness. Everyone in the practice is so understanding, gives my son all the time he needs, and gives him explanations of everything so that he feels as comfortable as possible. And Dr. Roedig definitely recommend the best course of treatment for his patients, even if that treatment is “watch and wait.” This is the only orthodontist that my family will see. They are truly amazing!
From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. My son, unfortunately had braces through Cumberland. A horrible experience, we truly was just a number, with his dr. (Never the same) nor did they talk to us much. So with that being said I am being much more selective on who will be doing braces for my daughter. I know what my expectations are and what I want for my daughter. My visit today at Barbier Orthodontics was warm and friendly/ entire staff. Each of them spoke to my daughter and made her feel great about the visit. They were informative and answered all my questions. I’m happy to say we found our orthodontist!
